Sending Text from Another Application into a SMART Notebook File

You know how easy it is to export files or pages from SMART Notebook software to other applications, but what about the reverse? You’ll be please to hear it’s equally simple. Here’s how:

1. In the other application (for example, Microsoft Word), select FilePrint.

2. Select SMART Notebook Print Capture as your printer.

Note: This might be called SMART Notebook Document Writer, depending on the version you’re using.

3. Click OK.

Each page of the text will appear as an object on an individual SMART Notebook page, and the formatting will stay the same.
