Enabling Two People to Use the Interactive Whiteboard

Having two people share an interactive whiteboard is useful in brainstorming sessions or collaborating on projects.

To enable two people to use the interactive whiteboard at the same time, you need access to SMART Board D600 or 800 series (or some series of interactive flat panels). These are the only interactive whiteboards that are designed to allow two people to create and manipulate objects in SMART Notebook software at the same time.

Note: Some of the procedures described in this section vary between the D600 and 800 series. Some of the functionality available in one series may differ or be unavailable in the other.

As a presenter or teacher, you can set up many different types of exercises or interactive activities enabling two people to work together. Here are some ideas:
