Knowing your audience is the first step in an interactive process. Involving them right from the start is the next step. When you involve participants in some kind of activity, you’ve grabbed their attention. The SMART Board interactive whiteboard has many different ways to involve your audience. I can’t begin to list them all, but in this chapter I give you ten different ways you can use the interactive whiteboard tools to engage your audience, whether they’re school-age children, college students, or business associates. All the activities are simple to develop and are sure to engage even the most stubborn participant.
