Heightened awareness of ethical issues has been reported in participants who completed training in which they were exposed to a variety of ethical situations through the use of short scenarios and vignettes (Frisque & Kolb, 2008). Just thinking about issues that might happen is good preparation for times in which we need to make decisions about what is the ethical thing to do.
