Use of Technology/Groupware

If you are using technology to facilitate decision making, be sure that you have practiced using the technology or, even better, that specialists trained in the system will be on hand to manage the technical aspects of the process. I advise against attempting to handle both facilitation and technology unless this is a particular specialty of yours.
