After the Session

If you are using materials such as flip charts, you may finish the session with several flip charts filled with suggestions, decisions, and questions taped around the room. What happens to this material? If you are fortunate enough to have someone helping, that person can bring a computer and enter data from the sheets as they are completed. These materials can be sent to participants via email, posted on a web site, or simply copied and distributed. Sessions often end with a Next Steps? question. What is your responsibility as a facilitator for what comes after the planned session? This, of course, depends in large part on agreements made earlier in the process.
