Summary

In this chapter, I defined and described creativity, discussed ways in which creativity can be developed, and explained the strategies of free association and creative reframing that can be used to stimulate creative thinking in groups. In the next chapter, I move to the process of decision making/problem solving. Subsequent chapters in Part Three describe techniques that are useful for generating and ranking ideas, focusing on problems and solutions, and strategic planning.
