Defining the Team and the Goal
I hope at this point you are excited to try PTO on your own team. Before gathering your team to launch PTO, however, a few critical decisions must be made: (1) Who will be involved? (2) In what forum will you meet? And (3) What will be your collective goal of predictable time off?
The Team
The PTO team’s membership may be obvious. Or it may be a bit more complicated and require a careful selection process.
