Let’s take it from the back of the boiler room forward. I knew I needed light in that black hole back there, so I put up two steady sources—daylight-balanced 1K lights, which I rented. They provide a steady, dramatic stream of illumination back there.

The thing is, even though those lights are big and bulky, their output, relative to a still camera, is not overpoweringly bright. So I put up two 910 units back there, on either side of the boiler, in Group C. Their position is not all that deep into the chamber because they still need to see the commander flash, which I placed high on a stand, just to the right of the camera angle.
