StubbornnessReleasing Control to Gain Control

You know those people who ask for your advice, but you know that they’ll never take it? How about people who, no matter how much they can gain by changing their direction, they just dig their heels in and stay the course? We all know them, and most likely you’ve been that person at some point in time. It’s human nature to want to defend your position and hold your ground, but having the vision to recognize your own stubbornness is a strength. The challenge is to discern between when you’re being stubborn because you are right, and when you’re being stubborn because you believe you’re right.
