Chapter 5. SIP Process

So far, I have discussed the mathematical principles of complexity control, the role of partitions in controlling complexity, and how partitions of an enterprise architecture can be realized in autonomous business capabilities (ABCs). For these ABCs to result in the dramatic predicted reductions of complexity, there must be a process for their identification, description, and delivery that is well aligned with the mathematical model. This is the purpose of the SIP process.
