Following completion of the successful RFP stage and formal contract signature, the focus will turn to the transition of in scope responsibilities to the tower service providers and, where applicable, to the service integrator should the sourcing decision be made to outsource service integration capabilities to a “SIAM-as-a-Service” provider.
The contract resulting from the RFP stage will specify requirements and expectations of the outsourced towers. These will need to be translated into a detailed transition plan for all activities leading up to the formal service commencement date(s).
