Saving a Calendar as a Web Page

Not everyone you do business with or communicate with uses Outlook. However, you can share your Calendar with them using a browser. To do that, you can save your Calendar as a Web page in the HTML format. When you save your Calendar as a Web page, you can save it to your local computer, a network location, or a Web server, where others on the Web can access it. You can also send the Calendar Web page in an e-mail as an attachment, which your recipient can open in their Web browser.
