Using Search Folders

Outlook's search folders are another way that Outlook makes managing mail easier. Search folders are not like the folders that you create or even like the Outlook default folders. Search folders store information about your messages, without having to move the messages to a specific folder. There are several search folders already created: For Follow Up, which displays the message you flag; Unread Messages, which displays the unread mail you have accumulated; Large Messages, which displays messages by size (largest to smallest). You can also create a search folder for the messages that meet your specific criteria.
