Importing Images
It couldn't be simpler to bring your images into the iPhoto application. For example, you want to move the images from your digital still camera to iPhoto. There is one obvious assumption that must be made: The camera must have the ability to link to your computer though the USB or FireWire port (iPhoto now recognizes the FireWire port). Once you turn on and connect the camera to your computer, the iPhoto program opens automatically, and gives you the option of downloading the images from the connected device.
