Exporting iMovies to the Web and E-Mail

When you export a movie to the Internet or as an e-mail attachment, you have one major problem, speed. Since movies are typically large and the Internet is typically slow, your visitors may loose interest in waiting for your fantastic vacation movie to download, and click off long before it begins playing. The iMovie application understands that relationship of movies on the Internet, and gives you the ability to create a compressed version of your movie using predefined settings. The Web and E-mail settings typically reduces the width and height of the movie, and applies some compression to the video and audio files. The result is a smaller movie of less quality...however your movie loads quickly.
