Using the Internet Channel
The Sherlock Internet channel is your gateway to performing searches on a collection of Web sites, all strung together by a billion miles of wires, cables, fiber optics, and satellites, that we affectionately call the World Wide Web. Not all sites are Sherlock friendly and therefore, not all the information that we want is available for display within the Sherlock window. When you use the Internet channel, you type the search criteria for the information you're looking for, and Sherlock displays a listing of all sites listed by relevance to your search criteria.
