Saving a Web Page

You can save a Web page, and view it later from your local hard drive or use it as source for HTML (HyperText Markup Language) code, which instructs the browser how to display the Web page. When you save a Web page, Safari saves only the HTML text content of the current page. Other page elements, such as pictures, are not saved. Before you save a Web page you can view the HTML code to determine if you need it.
