Set Preference Panes to Lock
Click the System Preferences icon in the Dock.
Click the Security icon.
If settings are grayed out, click the Lock icon, type an administrator name and password, and then click OK.
Select the Require Password To Unlock Each Secure System Preference check box.- Click the Close button..
