Scene mode is for sissies. Sound cruel? Well, that’s what you’re paying me for, not to whistle Dixie and whitewash some cute little icons. You know the ones I mean: the smiley sun for cloudless days, the outhouse moon for night shots, the skier for sports. Hell, if you set the dial on tsunami you’ll get a pretty decent shot of one, even if you never live to see it. Ain’t technology great?
