KNOWLEDGE JAM HERITAGE: PREQUEL TO THE THREE DISCIPLINES
“Knowledge Jam Heritage: Prequel to the Three Disciplines” shows how the disciplines of Knowledge Jam (Facilitation, Conversation, and Translation) derive, respectively, from three business practices developed over the last twenty years: intelligence acquisition, organizational learning, and collaboration technology. Rooted in those business practices, Knowledge Jam may also be in for an exciting ride, as those practices are not standing still. They evolve as work becomes more wired, more globalized, and more interdependent. Knowledge Jam as a practice will also evolve, but it won’t forget its origins.
