It was getting close to 9:00 o’clock. I looked at Charles, and said, “Thanks for helping me this morning. I really do appreciate your advice.” Then addressing Roger, “Your experiences were very helpful. We need to talk some more.” And finally looking over at Harry, “Harry, what can I say. Maybe it was a lesson for the both of us.”

Too all, “I’m under a lot of pressure right now. I knew you would have some thoughts and ideas to help with this problem. And I was right. Those seven rules certainly spoke to some of my hiring blunders. Now I need to make a list of action items to implement these rules.”
