Daily Usage Quota

Under the Consumption plan, Daily Usage Quota lets you configure the amount of memory in gigabyte-seconds that your application is allowed to consume in one day. The application will stop after the quota is reached and won' t allow any more calls for the current day.

As the Consumption hosting plan comes with 400,000 gigabyte-seconds (GB-s) a month, if you do not want to exceed the free tier, you can configure approximately 1/31 of that, or 13,000 GB-s per day (assuming that you only have one function in your App Service environment):
