In this final chapter, we discussed the pricing of Azure Functions and learned how to estimate the cost of serverless computing in Azure. We also reviewed the pricing of the other PaaS services used in the TextEvaluation application as a function of expected user traffic load. Finally, we have estimated the total expected price of the application's deployment.
In the book's appendixes, we will discuss Azure C# script-based functions and the comparison of Azure Functions to other types of Azure "compute-as-a-service" offers, such as Azure WebJobs and Azure Batch.
