Since Application Insights service is designed for a 360° view of the entire application, it includes a vast variety of metrics available for tracking. Some of these metrics, such as page view counts, page load time, or the type of browsers that your end users work with are naturally useful in a web application, but not relevant in a serverless compute environment.
When implementing monitoring for the entire system, you can utilize the same Instrumentation Key to report the performance of the web front end of your application (such as TextScoresDashboard web app) to the same Application Insights resource.
