Mixed CTN: Changing one server from STP timing mode to ETR timing mode
In the example in this chapter1, one server in our sample configuration is reverted from Server Time Protocol (STP) timing mode to External Timer Reference (ETR) timing mode by enabling connectivity of this server to the ETR network. The server then uses ETR timing messages to remain synchronized in the Coordinated Timing Network (CTN).
