Define a sendmail macro on the command line V8.7 and later
The -M command-line
switch is used to assign a
sendmail macro a value. Note
that prior to V8.8, only single-character
sendmail macro names could be
defined. The -M
command-line switch is fully described in Command-Line Definitions on page
786.
