Synonym for -bi Deprecated
The -I command-line
switch is a synonym for the -bi command-line switch and the
newaliases name. It is
obsolete but retained for compatibility with the
delivermail(1) program (the
precursor to sendmail).
The -I switch is
deprecated and might not be included in future
versions of sendmail. The
-I switch is
present only if sendmail was
built with DBM
defined.
