Section 2.6.2	The sendmail program now recognizes the role of an MSA (mail submission agent), as defined in RFC2476 (V8.10 and later). Also, as of V8.12, the sendmail program is no longer installed set-user-id root.
See this section	Manual pages are now formated using the standard tmac.an (`-man`) macros (V8.10 and later).
confSTDIOTYPE	Use torek for buffered file I/O (V8.10 and V8.11 only). As of V8.12, buffered file I/O is available for all platforms.
confSTFILE	The `confSTMODE` Build macro specifies the initial permissions for the statistics file (V8.12.4 and later).
