Insights and Future Research Directions

The difficulty in summarizing this research lay in its depth and breadth in covering two years of work. The project was an exploratory journey that began with a large number of questions to which we ambitiously sought answers. By the end of Phase I, we had generated several dozen more questions needing to be addressed to help fit the most intricate pieces of the selling puzzle together. Recognizing the magnitude of the task, we embarked on Phase II endeavoring to keep in mind the project objectives, the process, and the desired learning.
