Part VII. Concluding and Making Additional Sales

To conclude is the climax of the sale, but also a phase where everything can fall apart. The conclusion must be fluid and feel natural, something that is perfectly normal to the customer, without stopping the desire created or expressed. To conclude a sale is to make the dream or desire a reality, with the proposal of the additional sale being as natural as the conclusion.

The conclusion of a sale is simply a new beginning. Just like the source of inspiration specific to the luxury brands, the process continues.
