Part VI. Proposing, Romancing, and Handling Objections

Customers are cherry pickers of uniqueness and creativity. Their favorite book is called The Cherry on the Cake. As a great storyteller, Sales Ambassadors build the cake layer by layer to showcase the cherry. Start the romance with a layer of mystery to excite their curiosity, a layer of sparkles to create their desire to own the cherry, and a layer of precious care to emphasize its value and uniqueness. Most important is for the Sales Ambassadors to work their magic and awaken the customer's emotional reasons for acquiring the cherry.
