Chapter 84. Celebrate the newborn

Nothing is more emotional than the birth of a child. A new addition is adored by family and friends, and where the baby does not travel, the photos certainly do. The excitement and joy of this moment are a celebration of life itself.

Sales Ambassadors participate in this unique event by congratulating and verifying that everyone is doing well (even the father, who can find the process very stressful). A card with a gesture of flowers or something else appropriate is sent, always in a very personalized way.

There are other ways of marking this special event. One of the possibilities is an engraving on a specific piece for the child. Putting the child's name and birth date on a beautiful creation is something they will keep for a lifetime.

When a Sales Ambassador does not sell anything appropriate for a new baby, one of the solutions is to go out and purchase something and have it engraved. In most cases, the newborn's parents take the time to come by and thank the Sales Ambassador. When they do, it is an excellent opportunity to share with them what is new in the boutique.

The newborn is not the only one deserving praise and attention. The baby's arrival is also an opportunity for the husband to offer a gift to his wife or for the couple to mark the event. Once again, the Sales Ambassador's role is to propose and participate in the event.
