Chapter 34. Pleasure comes from consistency

Each Sales Ambassador has answers to the question: "What do your customers expect from you?" Once the list is made, then the Sales Team works on solutions to the question, "What can we do to make sure that these expectations are consistently met?"

Consistency is a major aspect in building customer loyalty. There should be no rude surprises. The Sales Ambassador wants to hear:

  • "Every time I call them, they help me."

  • "I can count on them to come through when they say they will."

  • "The quality of their service is always superb."

  • "She is always friendly."

  • Everyone on the Sales Team needs to be sensitive to and participate in consistency. It is a fundamental on which Sales Ambassadors build their reputations. Without it, they are hit-and-miss salespeople promoting a hit-and-miss brand.

Build on consistency and you will already be ahead of most of your competitors.
