Chapter 19. Service costs nothing

The Sales Ambassador is always looking for ways to advise customers and keep them happy. Offering a drink, having some candies for children, or suggesting ideas about how to give a gift are just some of the examples that are frequently used.

Customers appreciate advice from their Sales Ambassadors, such as helping with any needed servicing on their purchase or alerting them when something they have been looking for has arrived.

A Sales Ambassador's role is also to act like a "Concierge" in a hotel who is able to obtain a table in a popular restaurant or find tickets to a special exhibition.

A gesture of service is always appreciated.
