Chapter 16. Compliment your customers

Giving compliments is a great tool for many reasons. We wear or use certain items that we have chosen and that we like. A compliment is flattering to the customer, and who does not like to be sincerely flattered once in a while? It can also reassure someone about a purchase he has made.

Last but not least, it can be a way to start a conversation with your customer and create a pleasant atmosphere.

If you see a customer wearing two diamond rings and a pair of diamond earrings, the Sales Ambassador could say: "You are wearing some exquisite diamond pieces that suit you so well"
