Acknowledgments

I usually thank my wife, Lisa, at the end of this section, building up to my most important person and all, but I'm going to start with her here. She handles literally everything in our home and family so that I can do this work, and she does so with grace, elegance, and nary a negative word. On top of that, she supports me without doubt or question, and, more than once over our 20 years together, she has been more confident and secure about my work than I was. Without her, I simply would not be capable of doing this work. None of it.

This book is dedicated to my incredible eight‐year‐old twins, Bella and Noah. They are my reason for working, and traveling all over the world for clients and events, and helping people as hard and as much as I can. They are my why. When I don't feel like it, I think about them, and then I do it. It's easy then.

As everyone who has seen me speak in the last three or four years knows, my parents brought me here to the United States from the former Soviet Union, where there was little chance and less hope, when I was two years old. They took incredible risks and showed astounding courage to come here for a better life, mostly for me. I am grateful for their strength every day.
