ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Peri Shawn is a sales coaching thought leader who transforms the complexity of getting your salespeople to perform better into the fewest number of action steps to sell more. Peri’s company, the Coaching and Sales Institute (CSI), has been in the sales coaching business for 25 years, and is behind the launch of such products as the debit card and BlackBerry in Canada.

Peri has also authored three corporate guidebooks: The Sales Coaching Guide: 150 Coaching Tips for Sales Leaders to Increase Sales; The Sales Guide: 150 Tips for Salespeople to Sell More, Better, Sooner and More Often; and, The Coaching Guide: 150 Tips for Managers to Increase Performance and Productivity. She is the brains behind CSI’s two virtual programs: Mark’s Academy, an engaging, animated sales training series designed to help salespeople in the new business reality; and Coaching for Better Results, a program for leaders to develop their coaching skills and fully integrate The Secret Formula for Coaching Questions into their daily practice.

Peri provides coaching, sales coaching, and sales programs for sales executives, sales managers, and salespeople. In this role, she has been in the unique position of observing and coaching scores of sales coaching sessions and meetings.
