Lesson 1: Configuring Network Policy Server

Windows Server 2008 R2 can authenticate clients when they connect to wired or wireless networks by using Network Policy Server (NPS). With NPS, you have control over which computers can join your network, providing an additional layer of security for intranet resources and making it more difficult for uninvited guests to use your Internet connection. This lesson provides an overview of NPS and network authentication using wireless technologies as the primary example.
