Intended title: A Modest Proposal for Power Amplifier Classification

Another title change that made me wince; a limp attempt at a pun (a punette?) and virtually no clue given as to what the article is about. My own title was a reference to Jonathan Swift’s famous 1729 satirical essay: A Modest Proposal for Preventing the Children of Poor People From Being a Burthen to Their Parents or Country [1]. (No, I’m not going to tell you what his proposal was, look it up.) My writing often contains stealth references like that, some of them very obscure indeed. I think this is the first one I have actually outed.
