PREPARE FOR ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

As preparation for introducing the idea and practice of organizational performance management into your organization, convene a group of six to 12 individuals who represent leadership across the organization. Use your best facilitation skills (or the services of a skilled facilitator) to engage this group in a discussion of these questions. The objective is to arrive at an understanding of organizational performance management that is uniquely tailored to your organization.
