Understanding Cisco Easy VPN
If you are familiar with the Cisco 3000 series VPN concentrators and the mode configuration features, then you already know the Cisco Easy VPN features. The goal of Easy VPN is to centralize VPN management. Using Easy VPN, you can configure security policies at the corporate office that are pushed to VPN clients when the client connects to corporate office equipment such as a router. Cisco claims that Easy VPN simplifies VPN deployment. We might be inclined to disagree with that claim, but you can decide after you see the configuration steps involved with Easy VPN.
