In this chapter, we discuss the Cisco Easy VPN features and configurations. With Easy VPN, you can control the security policies that are implemented on the remote IPSec peer. You do so by pushing the security policies from the headend IPSec device to the remote device. And Easy VPN is not just compatible with Cisco VPN Software Clients; IOS routers, PIX Firewalls, and the Cisco VPN Hardware Client are also compatible with Easy VPN.
