CSACS Services
When you install CSACS, it also installs in Windows several services and daemons that are required for CSACS functionality:
CSAdmin— Allows for the configuration of CSACS via a GUI.
CSAuth— Determines whether user access should be allowed or denied (authentication). Also determines the rights a user has (authorization) once the user is authenticated.
CSDBSync— Provides group and user management.
CSLog— Captures logging information and stores it in comma-separated values (CSV) files.
CSMon— Monitors the CSACS system and automatically attempts to fix any problems that are detected.
CSTacacs— Communicates between the router and CSAuth.
CSRadius— Communicates between the router and CSAuth.
