Though the rock star programmers in this book are accustomed to getting accolades and acknowledgments, here is yet another: thank you. Obviously, without the dedication, persistence, candor, and tolerance (of my sometimes constant pestering) of these incredibly busy people, I would have no rock star programmer secrets to share.

Phillip G. Armour is a hero of mine, and having his insights on the Five Orders of Ignorance in this book is a real treat for me (and for the reader). Mr. Armour is a pleasure to work with and a real treasure to our profession.
