Much like your first life, your Second Life takes some getting used to—this is the virtual version of learning to crawl before you walk. Many people try Second Life and are quickly turned off by the learning curve and sometimes unfriendly user interface. Even some of the most seasoned video game players and certified geeks, like me, have had trouble adjusting to this new 3D medium.
