57. Elemental at Gasworks

The sign at the door reads, “There are more than 2500 ‘normal’ restaurants in Seattle. This is not one of them.” Chef Laurie Riedeman and wine guru/front-of-the-house master Phred Westfall teamed their years of restaurant knowledge to create Elemental at Gasworks. Ordering off the menu is tolerated, but order the prix fixe to enjoy stunning and unexpected courses that just keep appearing at your table—all night long—along with the best wine pairings in the city. And all for a fraction of what it should cost.
