55. Cary Moon

Cary is a landscape and urban designer who’s working hard to help guide Seattle’s waterfront planning, aiming to ensure that Seattle achieves a brilliant civic space on the 25 acres that will be freed when the viaduct comes down. She is an advocate for parks and beaches, ping pong tables, skate parks, sidewalk cafés, outdoor concerts, and stunning civic art that meets the city’s core values and aspirations. Seattle: wee morning hours at Pike Place Market, Bumbershoot festival, Capitol Hill Block Party, Olympic Sculpture Park, Seattle hip-hop music.
