30. Jeremy Faber

Jeremy was in love with the woods from a young age, but a swipe at a degree in forestry left him hungry for more. Namely, cooking. After completing a culinary arts degree and cooking at a number of restaurants, he realized that his ideal life was in combining his love for wilderness with his love for food. Today, he owns and operates Foraged and Found Edibles, the leading supplier of wild foods—mushrooms, nettles, ferns, lettuce, and more—to the top restaurants and farmers markets in Seattle and beyond.
