27. James Keblas

As the Director for Seattle’s Office of Film + Music, James supports the economy of the city’s leading creative thinkers. A self-described “punk rocker in a suit,” he juggles the city’s nightlife and movie premieres with early morning government meetings. He’s also the co-founder of the Vera Project, a nationally recognized nonprofit music and arts center run by—and for—youth in Seattle. Seattle: live music, after hours at the 5 Spot cafe, coffee at Voxx, sandwiches at Nettletown, Pete’s Wine Shop, pétanque on the waterfront, Sitka & Spruce restaurant, Frye Art Museum, Seattle Art Museum, fish from Jack’s Fish Spot, veggies from Frank’s Quality Produce.
